Corey was great! Quick to respond, straight-talking, did not talk down to us and offered a range of options to repair our boiler. He had our issue fixed within 24 hours of calling him. I expect to work with Perfect Temp again in the future when we need to!
I want to give 5 stars squared!! Corey went above and beyond figuring out my boiler problem. First off, he called me back the same day I called him and then he showed the next day!!! Who does that in this town?!?! He took a minute to look at my set up and then he gave me a couple thoughts on what he thought the problem was and we chose to go with a maintenance fix. That didn't do it so he called Navien hotline and was told there was a 2 hour wait but if he called first thing in the a.m. he could avoid the hold time. Well, he came to the house at 6 am to be first in line with the Navien support people so he didn't have to charge me time waiting on hold on the phone! After some diagnostics we were told what the fix was. Parts were ordered and he came back as soon as they were in. I will call Corey at Perfect Temp the first time, every time, from now on!!
